FOR ITS BIODIESEL PLANT IN ALGONA.

Process Operators

The Process Operator is responsible for monitoring and adjusting plant systems to ensure quality and maximize efficiency.  Work functions will be performed on the process control computer and in a plant environment.  Previous work experience in a manufacturing or processing environment preferred.

Operations Supervisor

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor will be responsible for supervising Process Operators, coordinating production and maintenance activities and optimizing plant production.  Responsibilities will include meeting production goals, enforcing safety policies, ensuring product quality and assisting with plant maintenance.  The position requires a candidate with at least 2 years supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing or processing environment.

Load –Out/ Receiving

Load-Out/ Receiving will ensure that quality product is shipped and received (truck and rail) from the facility in the most efficient manner.  They will be responsible for verifying product quality before the product leaves and reaches the customer, monitor and continually improve quality control in all aspects of Biodiesel plant shipping and receiving operations.

Maintenance Specialist

The Maintenance specialist will perform Biodiesel operational maintenance functions including equipment inspection and monitoring throughout the facility, order repair parts as needed,  maintain up-to-date parts, inventory, and perform boiler operation and maintenance.  High school diploma or equivalent with maintenance troubleshooting experience required including:  electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and spare parts inventory.
