Construction continues to go well with progress on the administration building and preparation to erect the walls of the maintenance building.  The Maintenance building is to be completed by December 15th.

With the exception of some minor leveling, all of the dirt work has been completed prior to winter freeze up.  The rail area has been leveled and prepared for the installation of all the rail spurs.

Most all of the supporting structures of the process building have been poured.  Todd & Sargent are using heated insulation blankets to warm the areas where concrete foundation work remains to be completed.  The foundations of two of the 1 million gallon tanks in the tank farm have been prepared for the tank erectors to start erection of the tanks.

We have arranged for the sale of  a large quantity of the black top soil to a local contractor at favorable prices.  He started to remove the dirt on Friday December 8, and will continue until the job is completed.

In summary, we remain on schedule and work is progressing normally.  Please remember that the site is a closed construction site and visitors need to report to the Todd & Sargent trailer to obtain safety equipment and hard hats before visiting the site.
